There are a number of websites that offer the software that enables you to listen to standard radio with PC. You just need to do some screening before you settle with one. For example, you need to consider the cost of the radio software to download, station selection and the number or radios stations available e.g. the best should be able to offer anything from music, news, sports, talk and more. Also if you do not want to be restricted to one place you can consider the wireless internet radio, which you can use to listen to standard radio with your laptop.
Because I bought the radio software, now every time I want to list to the radio on my PC I simply get on the net and do it instantly. Of course there are free to air stations that you can find on the internet the only problem with this method is the limited number of radio stations you can list to, the lack of choice of what to listen to, and slower streaming due to a number of reasons.

There are a couple of things to look at when you want to buy a software that will enable you to listen to standard radio with PC.
• Find one that instantly finds and tume in radio stations directly from your PC.
• Set up should be very easy. In fact, you should be able to do it in 2 minutes.
• Must offer access to thousands of radio station from all over the world.
• This means it must enable you to find the exect typs of programming and radio stations you like.
• With thousands of radio stations it can get e bit confusing and the best thing is to have some kind of "quick access" and "favorites" tags that come with the software.
• Be able to see the radio schedule of upcoming shows - reported in your time zone.
• it should allow you to set a reminder so you do not miss your favorite radio programm to listen to on your PC.
• Look at what's on in the other radio stations as you listen to another on your PC.
• It should be a 1 time purchase
• You should be able to check the signal strength of any station before you tune in to it.
Any time I want to listen to the radio on my pc I simply boot up my computer and within minutes I am listening. You too can listen to standard radio with PC just like that.
